A Typical Day:As a Sr AI Engineer, you will work directly with key clients to understand their business challenges and design innovative, scalable AI solutions that address their unique needs. You will work with a talented team of Data Analysts, Application Developers, and Quality Assurance professionals, ensuring that projects are executed with precision and delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest quality.
In this role, you’ll orchestrate technology scope and risk management, ensuring that our AI solutions not only meet business objectives but also push the boundaries of what’s possible in the realm of artificial intelligence.
- Shaping the Future with AI: Lead the design, development, and deployment of state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep learning solutions, including cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) that empower business-critical applications.
- Driving Results: Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery—ensuring we meet client goals with innovative AI solutions. Manage multiple project streams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to overcome challenges and drive business value.
- Leading from the Front: Manage and mentor teams of skilled engineers, data analysts, and developers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Pioneering AI Solutions: Architect and build powerful LLM applications, leveraging platforms such as AWS Bedrock, LangChain, and cutting-edge cloud technologies to create intelligent workflows, automate tasks, and enable conversational AI.
- Building Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including infrastructure, business teams, and technology partners, ensuring alignment across all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of relevant coding experience
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with building and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs), both commercial (e.g., OpenAI's GPT, Google Bard) and open-source (e.g., Falcon, LLaMA, GPT-Neo).
- Experience in leveraging AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, and Azure OpenAI to create scalable and cost-effective AI solutions, with a focus on LangChain, LangSmith, and LlamaIndex for advanced AI workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with advanced experience using libraries like NumPy and Pandas for data manipulation, and the ability to develop complex AI solutions.
- Familiarity with Pinecone, Weaviate, and ChromaDB for managing and optimizing LLM memory and retrieval systems.
- A proven track record of leading and mentoring diverse teams. You are comfortable communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and aligning technical solutions with business goals.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with MLOps and experience end-to-end machine learning workflows in cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Expertise in integrating LangSmith for fine-tuning LangChain applications and improving LLM performance.

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
- Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
- Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
- Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
