ADORE Homes is seeking a dynamic and driven Sr. ADU Construction Sales Representative with a proven track record in direct sales and leadership. As a key member of our team, you will not only excel in engaging directly with customers and closing deals but also help shape and grow our sales team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about real estate, construction, or home improvement sectors and can drive both individual and team success. ADORE Homes is a leader in delivering modern, high-quality Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in the Bay Area, and you will play a vital role in helping us continue to expand and serve our clients with fast, safe, and personalized ADU solutions.Who we are:
ADORE Homes, Inc. specializes in building adorable backyard homes, known as Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), off-site and delivering them straight to customers' backyards. With a focus on optimizing space and using top-quality building materials, ADORE Homes provides turn-key service, from design to tenant selection. These ADUs serve multiple purposes, from additional housing for family members to income-earning rental units, while ensuring a high level of craftsmanship, comfort, and design that meets the lifestyle needs of their clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Lead direct sales efforts by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and closing deals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service.
- Understanding customers needs to provide tailored ADU solutions that align with their vision and goals.
- Communicate the value of ADORE Homes through proposals, presentations, and consultations.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales team members, setting them up for success.
- Set individual and team sales targets to drive performance and accountability.
- Align sales strategies with company goals to ensure business growth and success.
- 5 + years of direct sales experience, preferably in B2C environments, with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to generate both warm and cold leads
- Experience in leading or mentoring sales teams, with the ability to develop team members.
- Must have experience in real estate, construction, and/or home improvement sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to manage the entire sales process, from planning and prospecting to closing and follow-up.
- Proficient in positioning products/services against competitors and articulating value propositions.
- Skilled in developing customer-focused solutions and delivering them effectively.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business or a related field.
- Experience with sales and marketing CRM and construction softwares.
