About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact between the board and the organization's leadership team, facilitating clear communication.
- Draft emails, letters, and other forms of correspondence on behalf of the board and the Executive Director.
- Attend board meetings and record accurate minutes, capturing key discussions, decisions, and action items.
In this role, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. An Administrative Assistant supporting a nonprofit board ensures that the board operates smoothly, remains informed, and can focus on governance and strategic leadership.
