Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid/Remote options available)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ($24 - $25 per hour)

Job Summary:
As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operations of our dynamic marketing department and executive team. Your attention to detail and professionalism will be key as you tackle a variety of administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office suite or similar software
Previous administrative experience preferred, with executive assistant experience a bonus
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Skills & Abilities:
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet visitors and clients, directing them as needed
Manage incoming calls and handle administrative inquiries promptly
Assist with scheduling, document production, and travel arrangements
Maintain the professional appearance of office spaces
Support CEO with external communications and follow-ups
Assist in generating analytics reports and preparing various documents
Coordinate job ad listings and manage website contact form submissions
Handle vendor management, invoicing, and employee referral program
