The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their visit. This role requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office. Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures. Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar. Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries. Provide information about our services and procedures. Ensure the waiting area is clean and comfortable. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Handle patient records and maintain confidentiality. Assist with billing and insurance verification as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus. Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare setting preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using office software and scheduling systems. Compassionate and patient-focused attitude. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
