Job Title: Sr. Administrative Assistant (Project Support)
6-8 month Contract Role 100% in-office
Location (city, state): Downtown Denver, CO
Pay: $25 - $34 per hour
Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations within a busy office. You will assist with organizing meetings, booking travel, managing expenses, preparing documents, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth workflows across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to staff across various departments.
- Format and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage itineraries for staff members.
- Assist with processing and submitting expense reports for the Management team.
- Schedule and organize meetings and events, including sending invites, managing responses, coordinating catering, and taking meeting minutes.
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate individuals.
- Prepare for conferences, including setting up booths, shipping materials, and registering attendees.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and organize office documents.
- Multitask effectively to prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Collaborate with HR, Management, and staff to offer administrative support as needed.
- Ensure high attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Qualifications:
- Administrative experience or executive assistant experience.
- Technical Writing experience.
Additional Details:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Flexible work hours: 7-4, 7:30-4:30, 8-5, or 8:30-5:30.
