LOCATION: 1 Siber Way, Suite 700, Boston MA 02215
START: Asap
LENGTH: December 31.2023 (Priority given to those who can work during Intersession (excluding Christmas day and New Years Day).
SCHEDULE: Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm
Job description:
Person must be reliable.
The position will assist the Gifts & Record team within the Development and Alumni Relations department of ***. Tasks will include:
Reviewing and updating donors biographical information (i.e. name changes, address, phone and e-mail)
Researching address updates
Completing data cleanup projects
Printing and mailing receipts
Filing
Other duties as needed
Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail
Quick learner
An affinity to work with numbers or familiarity with accounting
The ability to handle confidential information and good computer skills are essential
A college degree and CRM experience would be preferred
Must be on-site
