Summary:
The Sr. Administrative Assistant, Auto Finance performs a moderate range of duties; provides support to a department or multiple managers. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Answers the telephone, prepares, edits and may compose correspondence, maintains and establishes files. 
• Provides information and resolves problems where multiple non-standard solutions are available. 
• Maintains calendar and schedules meetings. 
• Gathers data and prepares reports. 
• Orders supplies and processes special payment authorizations and expense reimbursements. 
• May train other employees and participate in special projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School diploma
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative support role

• Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced environment and ability to quickly prioritize multiple assignments & duties to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
