Qualifications:

1. Experience:

   • Relevant Facility Management: At least 6 years with a Bachelor’s degree, or 4 years with a Master’s degree, in facility management, building maintenance, space planning, or customer service within a commercial office setting.
   • Contract Administration: A minimum of 4 years in contract administration within a facility maintenance environment, with experience in compliance, quality control, proposal evaluation, negotiation, and invoice processing.

2. Knowledge and Skills:

   • Familiarity with building codes, construction practices, OSHA standards, and fire/life safety procedures.
   • Competence in data analysis, reporting, and presenting to senior management.

3. Educational Requirements:

   • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field with six years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with four years of experience. Alternatively, two years in an MWD Analyst classification can be considered.
