Job Summary and Qualifications
Provide administrative support to CEO and executive team. Responsible for daily tasks which might involve coordinating communication and correspondence with physicians, colleagues, MEC, Board of Trustees and the public; serve as backup for other department clerical functions. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, scheduling appointments, coordinating special functions, conferences and meetings, including submitting travel requests and expenses.
What you will do in this role:
- Reports to CEO/COO and assists other members of the executive team as well.
- Maintains confidentiality of all departmental communications and business dealings/interactions.
- Prepares variety of documents and communications in professional and timely manner.
- Manages meeting agendas, materials and invitations as directed. Records minutes, and completes communications as assigned.
- Schedules and verifies calendars for the executive team.
- General office duties as required to maintain smooth operations of Administrative suite, including financial and payroll documents.
- Super User for: Compliance 360, Kronos time editor, Meeting Room Manager.
What qualifications you will need:
- Bachelors Degree or 2 years college education and 2 years Admin Assistant experience maybe substituted
- 2 years experience as an admin assistant or management support roles, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Able to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
- Significant computer experience/skills (word, excel, power point, AV equipment)
