Overview:
A rapidly growing SaaS company is seeking an experienced Sr. Accounting Manager to support its organic growth and integration of acquisitions. This pivotal role will help to strengthen and scale financial processes, ensuring robust and efficient accounting operations. Reporting to the Controller, this role offers a significant opportunity for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the monthly and quarterly close process, including the preparation of financial statements.
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants, developing and implementing best practices.
• Collaborate with FP&A to deliver insights on critical SaaS metrics and support financial forecasting.
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes, focusing on continuous improvement.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management functions.
• Support audit preparations and maintain compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of corporate accounting experience, with at least 2 years in the SaaS/technology sector.
• Minimum of 2 years in a management role, demonstrating leadership and team-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Proven track record of developing and enhancing accounting processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
