Sr. Accountant - Guill Tool & Engineering

• Full accounting cycle while making process improvements to accelerate the closing and reconciliation cycles, under the Controller’s direction.
• Compilation of Monthly Operating Report – Financial Metrics & Data.
• Monthly Work in Progress Valuation.
• Lean/Continuous Improvement Support.
• Job Costing/Product Line & Customer Profitability Analysis.
• Maintain Labor & Variable/Fixed Overhead Rates for Product Costing.
• Ad Hoc/Special Reporting as Required.
• Monitoring of Policies & Procedures in Finance and maintaining as needed.
• Monthly, Quarterly & Year-End Activities.
• Quarterly State Tax Reporting.
• Accounts Receivable, Receivables.
• Accounts Payable Review.
• Account Reconciliations.
• Journal Entries.
• Bank Reconciliations.
• Commissions & Bonuses.
• Other functions as assigned.

• Must be a US Citizen.

• 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Computer Skills: MS Office Suite; Advanced Excel.
• Fully-integrated ERP Systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting.
