Sr. Accountant - Robert Half

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Accountant in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, supporting audit procedures, and improving accounting processes within our organization. Responsibilities: - Handle daily accounting tasks and maintain financial records accurately. - Engage in the processing of accounts payable and receivable to ensure precise and prompt payments and collections. - Conduct reconciliation of bank statements and identify financial discrepancies. - Aid in the creation of monthly financial reports and contribute to budget preparation. - Provide support in financial analysis and forecasting to facilitate decision-making. - Participate in the formulation of tax documents and compliance filings. - Facilitate the audit process by supplying necessary documents and reports. - Keep organized files and documentation for all financial transactions. - Manage inquiries from clients and vendors about billing and payment problems. - Collaborate with team members to enhance accounting processes and efficiencies. The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 + bonus.
