Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred but not mandatory; MBA is a plus).
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, ideally with a mix of public accounting and private industry roles.
- Experience in industries such as property management, professional services, or financial services.
- Proven track record of partnering with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and enhance business performance.
- Experience leading financial operations in multi-entity environments (e.g., managing multiple HOAs or service entities) and supporting complex client relationships.
Physical Demands: 40-hour work week from 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. Must be comfortable and able to sit for extended hours throughout the shift daily. Safety Hazards: Minimal.
