AXS is seeking a Sr. Account Manager to join our Stadiums and Arenas team in Los Angeles. The Senior Account Manager utilizes relationship management techniques to develop plans, monitor performance and compliance, drive continuous improvement, and report on/resolve performance issues in an effort to drive organizational value. This role will also encompass coaching and mentoring team members to facilitate their professional growth and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
What you'll do:
- Contribute to the advancement of organizational objectives by driving relationship development with clients, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction to optimize contract renewals.
- Regularly communicate with clients through various channels to strengthen business relationships, anticipate needs, and serve as their primary resource.
- Ensure clients are accountable for their deliverables under contracts and protects partner departments from unreasonable requests that might lead to brand damage.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to manage brand activation in partnership with clients.
- Drive delivery of client health statistics to the GM and Sr. Director Account Management, ensuring that any issues with performance or client satisfaction are identified, escalated and or dealt with in a timely fashion.
- Maintain a command of all company products to optimize business growth and development.
- Coach more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
What you'll bring:
- BA/BS Degree (4-year) Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 4-6 years Ticketing or Live Entertainment related experience
- Advanced in using ticketing systems and platforms to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Expertise in account management or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Mastery in database management and reporting tools.
- Proficient problem-solving skills and proactive approach to issue resolution.
Pay Scale: $72,766.00 - $95,000.00
