About the Job
Japanese-English bilingual Sr Account Manager to expand business for TTS-US with its most important clients in North America region.
The Sr Account Manager who works in this role will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long[1]term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The Sr Account manager will be engaged in a variety of tasks including Sales, Business development, Account ownership, Project Management, Coordination, Relationship management, Negotiation, Vendor Management, Account Hunting, Account Farming/Mining.
Responsibilities:
• Support creation and implementation of a strategy designed for the growth of the business.
• Business Development with Toyota and Toyota Group companies for TTS US IT services.
· Building Proposal for Key projects for Toyota and Toyota Group companies aligning it as per customer need.
• Scheduling Internal/External sync with stakeholders.
• Maintaining strong relations with Key personnel from Toyota.
· Acquiring a thorough understanding of Toyota needs and requirements for existing and new business services.
· Expanding the relationships and business portfolio with Toyota continuously proposing services and solutions that meet their objectives.
· Serve as the link of communication between Toyota, TTS internal teams and other region Stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
· Manage accounts from a sales relationship perspective and be responsible for end-to-end sales cycle.
• Vendor/Partner management for Joint delivery of Services to Toyota.
• Team expansion for technical project.
· Analyze financial statements, sales, and other reports and performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas in which improvements are required.
· Assist corporate department, company executives, and any other members including suggestions to expand all possible revenue opportunities or efficiency.
• Communicate strategy and results to stakeholders and team members
• Build collaborative team environment.
• Ensure clarity around priorities and goals for all functional areas.
· Continue upskilling with cutting edge technology to engage customer stakeholders for new business/services.

Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4-12 years of professional experience in IT sales and/or business development and expansion.
• Japanese- English bilingual. With Strong English communication.
• IT sales knowledge and customer service.
• Bilingual (Japanese & English) Minimal to no supervision needed.
• Able to lead, learn, and support account managers and management and maintain positive working environment.
• Detail orientated and highly attentive to commitments and schedules.
• Ability to create, implement, and enforce standards and processes to others.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and with web[1]based business applications.
• May handle confidential information and must exercise high level of integrity and discretion at all times.
• Must be reliable, on-time and able to complete tasks by target and maintain a professional work ethic & demeanor in all interactions.
Other Duties:
• Travel Needs: 20-25%, & occasionally working on Weekends if needed for some urgent projects/tasks.
