We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our thriving Precious Metals team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing and growing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth in the technology sector. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer success. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies to drive business growth.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IRA sector.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure customer success.
4. Act as a 'hunter', proactively seeking out and closing new business deals.
5. Achieve and exceed sales quotas on a consistent basis.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
7. Provide accurate sales forecasts and report on sales activities and performance.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
9. Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
10. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the IRA industry.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
3. Strong prospecting skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
4. Excellent customer success management skills.
5. Experience in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies.
6. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
9. Knowledge of the technology market and industry trends.
10. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
