We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Account Executive with a proven track record in the SaaS and technology industries. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Fintech, prospecting, and B2B sales. Responsibilities:
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial client engagement to closed sales.
- Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales pipeline.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the SaaS and Fintech industry.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the SaaS and Fintech industry.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management skills and ability to handle challenging client situations.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales and the ability to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Demonstrable experience in developing strategies and business plans.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
