Job Description
As the Senior Account Executive on the team, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting and developing advertisers into successful partnerships. Approximately 75%+ of the sales focus will be on net new business generation with a heavy focus on outbound prospecting across multiple tactics. The remaining 25% will consist of developing and growing existing account partnerships.
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue objectives and sales goals largely through new business acquisition. They are responsible for engaging with key marketing decision makers at direct brands and/or agencies to understand their marketing challenges and sell through the company's ability to drive meaningful commerce and solve those challenges.
With an extensive digital product suite from high impact mobile, CTV & OTT, social, digital out of home and more they help clients across all verticals & channels and of all sizes. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in exceeding revenue targets, driving net new business, engaging storytelling and a passion for digital marketing.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively and independently deliver the company value proposition and story-- demonstrating a full understanding of our differentiators and our unique position within it
- Engage VP and executive level contacts at qualified accounts and move them through sales cycle from lead to close
- Develop a sustained pipeline of viable opportunities (75%+ net new business) to exceed quota by actively prospecting via phone, email, marketing lead follow-up, personal relationships, and executive introductions
- Develop and deliver sales proposals and client Requests for Proposal (RFP's)
- Collaborate and consult with cross functional teams to strategically integrate solutions into high value proposals and overservice our partners.
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner to clients, prospects, and partners via in-person meetings, client entertainment, conferences, etc.
- 5+ years of digital or technology sales experience. Can include digital media execution, AdTech, platform sales (DSP/SSP), publisher or device side.
- Demonstrated ability to prescribe, communicate, and sell through digital media solutions.
- Aptitude and passion for technology and the digital media landscape Must be able to credibly discuss the martech landscape and effectively communicate the value of digital solutions.
- Knowledge of DMP, DSP, SSP, Programmatic ecosystems and sales cycles
- Solid and extensive network in the advertising space (agencies and brands direct) and the ability to leverage these contacts for partnerships for the business
- Successful track record in driving net new business and exceeding annual quotas and business objectives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset Must be able to learn quickly, pivot, and adapt to changes in product and strategy as needed
- Effective use of data and insights as a solution selling tool and designing marketing campaigns that deliver results.
- Highly skilled in lead qualification, consultative selling, overcoming objections, presentation delivery, storytelling, and negotiation.
- Advantageous to have experience selling agency or brand direct for any of the following industry verticals Auto, Entertainment, Travel & Tourism, or Political.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft product suite and Salesforce
