- Experience with ServiceNow and related technologies in a similar capacity (5+ years).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
- ServiceNow Administrator certification is required.
- ServiceNow Developer certification is preferred.
- ITIL Certification is preferred
- ITIL Certification is preferred
- ServiceNow Administrator is required
- ServiceNow Developer is preferred
