SQL developer- Phoenix AZ - Georgia IT Inc.

Key Skills required:

• Deep knowledge and experience designing and maintaining PostgreSQL relational databases
• Hands on experience in migrating from current Oracle PL/SQL to POSTGRE SQL on AWS Cloud
• C++ skills to help diagnose the PostgreSQL function calls to identify where the poor performance is originating from, and make modifications to tune the database function performance.
• PostgreSQL function experience
• Stored procedures, and general administration functions with PostgreSQL .
• Experience in primary/secondary replication models to load-balance and scale the system is a plus,
• Experience in cloud-based databases and AWS
• DBA experience with PostgreSQL will be a BIG Plus
• Analyzing log files to find and fix inefficiencies
