Sill: SQL Developer

Must Have:
" Strong data analysis and data quality assessment skills.
" SQL skills and through understanding of data base constructs.
" Critical thinker and problem solver Should be able to understand and apply advanced SQL concepts.
" 7+ years of experience in database application development including writing PL/SQL.
" Strong analytical abilities to understand the problem, proactiveness.
" Should have strong hands on experience in MS SQL Server Development platform.
" Should be able to lead team of strong hands on developer at onshore.
Secondary / desired skills:
" Exposure to financial services industry.
" Unix / Shell scripting.
" Additions by team on ground.
" ETL knowledge will be helpful
