Springfield Clinic, one of the largest multi-specialty physician owned medical practices in Illinois, is looking for a Critical Care Nocturnist.

Springfield Clinic offers an excellent compensation package including relocation assistance, signing bonus, and partnership.

Practice and Benefits Highlights:

• 2 year path to Partnership and guaranteed base salary
• 147 shifts, 7pm to 7am

• Join a growing, successful, and Intensivist group consisting of 6 MDs and 7 APPs
• 24/7 in-house coverage

• 100% critical care medicine-closed ICU
• We offer services to two Level 1 hospitals, located within a mile of each other
• Multidisciplinary Intensivist team with a dedicated ICU pharmacist medical, surgical, cardiac and neuro-critical care

• Resident teaching as well as hospital based innovative options for career development and projects
• FCCS trained and certified workforce including NPs and all house staff
• 24/7 Strong Hospitalist team, nurse practitioners and resident support
