**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lawn and Plant Health Care Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional lawn care services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fertilization, pest control, and turf management, coupled with effective leadership skills

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement plant health care programs tailored to the specific needs of clients’ landscapes.
- Diagnose plant health issues, including diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies.
- Apply appropriate treatments such as fertilizers, pesticides, and other soil amendments.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor plant health and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Coordinate with landscape designers, gardeners, and other team members to ensure integrated and holistic plant care.
- Educate clients on proper plant care practices to maintain plant health between professional visits.
- Keep detailed records of plant health, treatments applied, and progress observed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in plant health care and incorporate new techniques and products as appropriate.
**Qualifications:**
- Colorado Pesticide Qualified Supervisor License Required.
- Bachelor's degree in horticulture, plant science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in plant health care or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of plant physiology, soil science, and integrated pest management.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in the use of plant care equipment and technology.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate and interact with clients effectively.
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred but not required.
