Job Details
- Develop and implement custom treatment plans tailored to patients’ goals
- Build strong relationships with patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers
- Deliver high standards of care that improve patient mobility and quality of life
- Motivate patients to achieve their goals throughout treatment
- Complete timely documentation and ensure proper billing and authorization
- Discharge patients with appropriate education and home programs
- Promote our “PT for Life” philosophy in community settings
