Sponsorship Sales Representative

ASSA is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sponsorship Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by securing sponsorships and partnerships that align with our brand. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sponsorship sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop innovative sponsorship packages that deliver value to clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing organization and play a critical role in expanding our reach.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify, prospect, and secure new sponsorship opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Conduct research to identify potential sponsors, reach out to key decision-makers, and present compelling sponsorship opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing sponsors.
• Develop customized sponsorship packages tailored to clients’ goals and objectives.
• Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms for sponsorship deals, focusing on maximizing revenue and value for both parties.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sponsor activation and fulfillment.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential sponsors.
• Monitor sponsorship performance and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Work to convert first-time sponsors into long-term partners, actively managing the renewal process to maintain and grow sponsorship revenue.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sports, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sponsorship sales or a related role.
• Proven ability to close high-value sponsorship deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze client needs and develop creative solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
