• Mon - Sat - Sun: Morning: (8am – 12p)
• Sat - Sun (4pm - 8pm) 
• There is 1 dog and 4 birds in the home, and 1 outside cat (stays outside)

• You have a valid CNA, Home Care Aide Certification, or current CNA, HCA Student pending on taking the state exams? 
• Are you Authorized to work in the United States? 
• Are you Comfortable working with clients in Hospice?

• You are fully vaccinated against covid-19?

• Companionship & Conversation 
• Activities, Mobility, Stand-by Assist, Transfers
• Meal Preparation 
• Medication Reminders 
• Personal Hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming) 
• Light Housekeeping 
• Occasional Transportation to & from appointments or errands 
• Documentation & Report Client’s conditions/Updates. 
• Provide safety supervision
