Job Title: PRN Speech Therapist - Home Health

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients with speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for communication, swallowing, and cognitive impairments.
• Provide functional training and support to enhance patient independence.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure and certification.
• Experience in home health preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
