About the Job

We are seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat residents with speech, hearing, swallowing, and cognitive disabilities, adhering to state and federal guidelines.

Essential Duties:

Provide direct treatment under physician's direction based on care plans.

Screen, evaluate, and develop care plans for residents.

Conduct rehabilitative programs to improve communication and swallowing abilities.

Administer and interpret specialized speech and hearing tests.

Educate residents and families on speech monitoring and skill practice.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.

Current state license and clinical competency certification.

Preferred one year of clinical experience.
