HealthPro Heritage Pediatrics has a great full-time Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist - SLP opportunity in Aurora, CO to join our team in a home-based setting with focus on a parent education model for ages 0-3! You can expect 40 hours/week, hourly rates of $36/hour - $40/hour based on experience, full benefits, free CEUs, and generous PTO accrual with this awesome W-2 position!

Responsibilities:- Provides skilled speech therapy treatment plans in accordance with the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), and by completing and interpreting 6-month reviews and annual evaluations of patients.
- Adheres to state requirements for supervision of Clinical Fellows to provide services with the highest care standards
- Assures continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by collaborating with community center boards for services through the public schools and/or providing recommendations for community services.
- Promptly and thoroughly documents and maintains clinical and administrative records regarding patient limitations/interventions, treatments, responses and progress to administered therapy as well as discharge summaries.
- Maintains patient records confidentially.
- Records treatment charges daily and completes documentation in accurate and timely manner.
- Complies with the applicable State Speech Therapy Practice Act, codes and regulations
Additional Responsibilities:
- Must be able to recognize and respond appropriately to urgent/emergent situations per protocols.
- Participates in transdisciplinary meets as set by the early intervention program.
- Maintains professional appearance and personal conduct at all times.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with co-workers, service coordinators, and other professionals as it relates to collaboration of care for the patient.
- Keeps regular home visits as approved by Manager.
- Directs all patient scheduling matters through the early intervention coordinator.
- Attends meetings as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
INDCLIN
Qualifications:• Graduate from an ASHA accredited Speech Therapy program
• Current State Speech Therapist license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Current CPR certification
• Efficient problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills and time management skills
• Must keep best interest of the client and family at the forefront of all activities
