Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Participates as a member of the health care team, working with professional, non-professional staff and associated professionals in providing care which provides optimum continuity of care to referred patients, addressing the age of the patients served.
Position floats between St. Elizabeth and Mercy Redding

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Current licensure by the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance as a speech and language pathologist
+ Current BLS certification (Must be through the American Heart Association)
+ One year experience as a speech therapist
+ Knowledge and ability to perform a speech pathology assessment and evaluation
+ Knowledge of principles, concepts, diagnostic, and therapeutic techniques for speech therapy
+ Ability to implement practical application of knowledge
+ Ability to function independently and autonomously
+ Ability to communicate in writing and verbally in English
+ Ability to teach and instruct patient, family, and staff
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 6 months to one year home health experience preferred.
Pay Range**
$40.75 - $59.09 /hour
