Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication and swallowing challenges.
• Provide therapy sessions and implement interventions to improve patients' speech and swallowing abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on speech therapy techniques and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved curriculum in Speech and Language Pathology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Medicare and other payor sources.
• Full knowledge of resident's rights.
