The therapist will provide speech and language services to students across various grade levels, working with a caseload of 35 students. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' individual needs. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly preferred to best support our diverse student population.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's specific needs and goals.
- Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support students' communication needs in classroom environments.
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional insight and recommendations for each student's educational team.
- Offer guidance and resources to school staff and families to foster supportive communication environments for students.
- Stay informed of best practices and advances in speech therapy and apply them to therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
- Experience in a school setting preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle a caseload of up to 35 students with diverse speech and language needs.
