Speech Therapist at ICONMA, LLC

• Provides outpatient/inpatient assessment for adults, geriatric, infants and children as ordered by treating physician that have various levels of speech, communication or swallowing difficulties or disorders.
• Develop individual treatment plan (to include family or other caregivers) to enable client to improve to maximum potential.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress and provide individual or group therapy sessions as required.
• Chart case notes and provide reports as needed.
• Manage caseload taking into account priority cases, waiting lists, successful outcomes, referral and discharge of clients.
• Typically work one on one with client (with parents, family or other caregivers as required) or may work in multidisciplinary team approach depending on client needs.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed in Illinois as Speech and Language Pathologist.
• Must have Inpatient Speech, swallow evaluation and treatment experience.
• Shift Information: Days.
• Minimum Years of Experience: Less than 1 year.
• Licensed in Illinois as Speech and Language Pathologist.
• Inpatient Speech, swallow evaluation and treatment experience required.
