About our Health Center:

Oasis at the Keys is located in the upper Florida Keys.  The Keys are a very special place, and we are proud to be part of the fabric and folklore of the Republic.  We pride ourselves on our quality care, responsive service, and commitment to excellence.  We are seeking to add a Speech Therapist to our team.

Responsibilities:  Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

·         Provide Speech Therapy for residents.

·         Evaluations, Progress Notes, and Discharges.

·         Clinical development and oversight of both skilled and long-term residents.

·         Looking for an individual who is highly motivated for optimal patient care with good time management with a strong team first mindset.

·         Documentation System:  Rehab Optima and PointClickCare.

·         Willingness to help others.

Qualifications:  Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

·         Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Florida.

·         Current CPR certification.
