Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

This position is with a family medicine organization that has been open for over 14 years and is run by one of the providers. They work on an integrated care model and provide high-quality services to our community.

Salary and Benefits

• Base Salary is $75,000
• Potential for productivity bonus of 5k-8k
• Production per billable hours after average of 32 billable hours per week
• 80% paid for Health Insurance, Dental, and Vision
• 3 Weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO).
• 5 Paid Holidays.
• 401k w/ Match (After 1 year of employment)
• Continuing Education Units (CEUs) covered.
• No nights or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hours of operation: Monday – Thursday 8am-5pm; Friday 8am-4pm
• 32 Billable Hours Per Week
• Providing new evaluations and therapy
• Seeing anywhere from 6-14 patients per day depending on the service
• On-site role.

Requirements

• Master’s program in speech and language pathology related studies
• Completion postgraduate professional experience approved by the board
• Clear and Active Alabama license
• Must be willing to obtain a GA license (process takes 30 days)
• New grads are welcome!
