Job Description:

We are seeking a caring and experienced Speech Therapist to work 1:1 with our 3-year-old child who has mild autism. The goal is to support speech and language development in a nurturing, interactive environment tailored to the child's needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive speech therapy sessions at home or virtually.
• Create personalized therapy plans and activities to improve communication skills.
• Monitor progress and adjust techniques to align with developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with parents to provide guidance on language-building exercises outside sessions.
• Use fun, interactive, and play-based activities to encourage verbal and non-verbal communication.
