• Assistingwithspeechlanguagein-serviceeducationandourspeechlanguagepathologist student program.
• Mentoringandtrainingnewcolleaguesandotherdepartmentsasneeded.
• Delegatingandsupervisingspeechtherapyassistantsandtechnicians.

Qualifications

• Currentlicensureorcertificationrequiredbystateregulations.
• SuccessfulcompletionofSLPCertificationofClinicalCompetence(CCC).
• CPRcertificationrequiredormustbeobtainedwithin30daysof hire.
• Bachelor’sdegreeinspeechtherapyormanagement.Master’sorDoctoratedegreepreferred.
• Minimumoftwoyearsspeechlanguagepathologyexperience.
• ActiveonTherapyClinicalLadder(wheneligible)orspecialtyprofessionalcertifications.
