We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support licensed speech-language pathologists in providing therapy services to clients in Pine Valley, CA. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing treatment plans and enhancing communication skills for individuals with speech and language disorders.Responsibilities:

Assist in the delivery of speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Prepare materials and set up therapy sessions

Document client progress and maintain accurate records

Communicate effectively with clients and their families

Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field

Current SLPA certification in California

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Experience with diverse populations preferred
