We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide home-based therapy services for children in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will support speech-language pathologists in delivering effective communication interventions, fostering a positive and engaging environment for children.Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans

Conduct therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Monitor and document progress of clients

Communicate effectively with families and caregivers

Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

Current SLPA license in California

Experience working with children preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable transportation for home visits
