We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in San Diego, CA. This part-time position offers flexible evening and weekend hours, with a competitive salary ranging from $38 to $50 per hour. The ideal candidate will support licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering high-quality therapy services to clients.Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Conduct therapy sessions with clients as directed

Document client progress and maintain accurate records

Prepare materials and assist in assessments

Communicate effectively with clients and families

Requirements:

Valid SLPA license in California

Experience in a clinical or educational setting preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
