Speech Language Pathologist - RehabVisions

We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Willmar, Minnesota, within a skilled nursing facility. This position offers flexible scheduling options: PRN, part-time, or full-time (projected 35 hours/week with benefits).

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients to enhance communication and swallowing functions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Complete accurate patient documentation.
• Plan and develop innovative therapy programs.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Deliver educational in-services to staff.
• Assist in daily therapy department operations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• State licensure eligibility as an SLP.
• CCC-SLP preferred but not required.
