A Well Known SNF located in Troy is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist

Type: 13 weeks Contract
Location: Troy, PA

Responsibilities:
• Speech-Language Pathologist provides comprehensive speech therapy evaluations as per MD orders.
• SLP / ST Provides a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration and treatment modalities, therapeutic interventions, and clinical and technical guidelines.
• Ensures MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
• SLP / ST provides comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities, modifying patient treatment as indicated, and adhering to precautions.
• Speech-Language Pathologist completes all documentation requirements

Requirements:
• Holds current license and/or registration in the state (as applicable)
• Must have 1 year experience in SNF
• Graduate of an accredited university with an MA, or M.S. in communication disorders that is recognized by ASHA and state board
• Successful completion of CFY
