As part of our unwavering commitment to fostering children's success, Therapy Source is currently seeking Speech Language Pathologists for the upcoming school year to provide in-home services for cyber charter school students throughout the Greater Philadelphia Area. Build a part-time or full-time caseload. Scheduling is flexible and based on your availability. Round-trip travel is reimbursed.

Speech-Language Pathologist Position Details:

• Location: In-home (Travel Reimbursed) 
• Scheduling: Flexible full or part-time for the upcoming school year
• Salary Range: $60-$70 per hour

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Hold licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Pennsylvania or possess Department of Education (DOE) certification.
• Clearances: Possession of up-to-date clearances or a willingness to obtain them.
• Professional Liability Insurance: Proof of individual professional liability insurance or a readiness to acquire it.

Responsibilities of Speech-Language Pathologists May Include:

• Holistic Support: Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs that influence educational goals.
• Evaluation Expertise: Assisting in comprehensive evaluations and formulating tailored goals for students in need of speech/language therapy.
• IEP Collaboration: Providing ongoing support for students' Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
• Thorough Documentation: Maintaining meticulous records and documentation.
• IEP Development: Creating and implementing Individual Education Programs.
• Reporting Excellence: Completing all related work, documentation, and reporting requirements.
