The Crotched Mountain School & Village, now an affiliate of Seven Hills New Hampshire, is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our outstanding team of professionals dedicated to enhancing the lives of our students.
About Crotched Mountain School:
Crotched Mountain School (CMS), a program of Seven Hills New Hampshire, hosts innovative special education, recreation, arts, music, and vocational programming for students, aged 5-21, who are on the autism spectrum, and/or have disabilities and other challenges that are better supported in an alternative, least-restrictive environment to their local public school system. Students have the option to live year-round in the appointed residences on the sprawling campus located in Greenfield, New Hampshire. Responsibilities:Under the guidance of our Clinical Director, you’ll assess and treat school-aged children with developmental or acquired disorders. You'll work with a fantastic multidisciplinary team to provide wraparound care, collaborate with families, and train staff.
• Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to students.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Train and coach staff, ensuring effective implementation of treatment plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and design staff training programs.
• Maintain confidential records and complete necessary reports.
• Follow ASHA’s Code of Ethics and stay up-to-date with training and certifications.

Qualifications:• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Professional licensure in speech-language pathology (CCC-SLP preferred).
• Experience with AAC systems and therapeutic services in natural environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of human development and communication disorders.
• Team player with a knack for creative problem-solving.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
