Accela Rehab & Care Center at Somerton located in Philadelphia, PA is searching for a PRN Speech Language Pathologist SLP/CCC for thier in-house therapy team!

• Recently renovated center and rehab room!
• Tenured staff - many of our therapists have been here over 10 years!
• Supportive DOR and leadership team at the center
• Must have CCCs

Duties Include:

• Evaluate Residents conditions for swallowing or cognitive deficits
• Help Residents in their goals to improve Cognition or Swallowing
• Education for Residents and Caregivers
• Help Residents through their tasks and monitor their performance
• Maintain Resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
• Contributes to team effort
• Perform Daily Documentation
• Perform Daily Billing
