We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver diagnostic and therapeutic services for individuals with communication and swallowing impairments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat residents as per physician referrals.
• Assist in developing communication and swallowing decline prevention policies.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning.
• Document evaluations and maintain accurate resident reports.
• Educate residents and caregivers on maintaining communication and swallowing functions.

Qualifications:

• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of clinical competence in speech or equivalent educational requirements.
• Solid computer skills; experience with electronic medical records preferred.
