What You'll Do:
As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting SLP evaluations and delivering direct services to children.
Collaborating with the clinical team to craft treatment plans or Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs), including setting specific SLP-related goals.
Monitoring each child's progress consistently.
Effectively communicating progress verbally and in writing with parents, staff, and students.
Completing necessary documentation and data collection for IEP reports, goals, and diagnostic evaluations.
Regularly meeting with educators, paraprofessionals, and specialists to address individual student needs.
Participating in team meetings, ongoing supervision, and fostering collaborative efforts to meet students' requirements.
What You'll Need:
To excel in this role, you'll require:
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
State Licensure.
Minimum of 1 year of IEP-directed therapy and evaluation experience in a school setting (CFY not included).
Experience in IEP meetings, case management, and comprehensive report completion.
Exceptional communication skills adaptable to children of diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in technology and conducting tele-health services via virtual meeting platforms.
A private workspace equipped with a reliable computer, webcam, and secure internet connection.
Availability during traditional school hours (8:00 am - 4:00 pm) and days (Monday-Friday), with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 49.00 54.00 Per Hour
