Description: We are seeking two dedicated Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work primarily in an Out-Patient and/or Home Health setting, conducting evaluations, administering treatments, and managing discharges. The SLP will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive care plans aimed at restoring maximum function in individuals affected by injury, disease, or physical disability.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve communication skills, swallowing abilities, and overall quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and holistic care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies for enhancing communication and swallowing function.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
- Valid license issued by the State of Ohio.
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology.
