Speech Language Pathologist for Skilled Nursing facility.

Job Duties include but are not limited to: Evaluations, Progress Notes, and Discharges. Clinical development and oversight of both Skilled and Long Term Care residents.

Looking for an individual who is highly motivated for optimal patient care with good time management and a strong team first mindset.

Documentation System: Rehab Optima and Point Click Care (Knowledge/Familiarity preferred)

Qualifications: Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist for State of Employment 

This is an in-house therapy position. In-house therapy offers a more flexible and facility-centered job atmosphere vs 3rd party therapy vendors. This department has an established team of friendly, professional and team-oriented therapists.
